I'm a software engineer based in Kyoto. Before software I worked in mechanical engineering, QA, and IT, and that background still shows up: I care about systems that are boringly reliable once they're in use.

Most of my work is web applications and internal tools, mostly TypeScript, React, Node, and Cloudflare Workers.

Day-to-day stack:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Backend / edge: Node, Cloudflare Workers, SQLite / D1
• Other: Ionic / Capacitor, Electron when a desktop shell is the right answer
